Louie, you did an incredible job. You should get an award for putting on the best first time race at a new location. It looked like you didn't miss a trick. The location was great, the vendors made money, the thousands and thousands of spectators on land and on water saw some very competitive racing in all classes. Too bad you couldn't find away around Wazzup for the win.
Just for next year, please have the volunteer meeting on Saturday night so we can get them up to speed and remind them to charge their VHF units.

sounds like a heluuva time was had by all. congrats Louie sounds like ya out did yourself. Looks like the Jersey boyz are gonna have to kick it up a notch for Point Pleasant huh...congrats to all and glad it went off without a hitch

Thank you for coming, Mayor Pontieri said we are on for next year! Having so many boats at the first race kinda scared me, but you guys are all pro's and I can't thank everyone enough. A couple of dreams came true for me this week end, 1st I got to play guitar in the band shell with JC and a couple kick azz musicians, then on Sunday I got to race in my home state with all my Bud's. This was a weekend I'll never forget, Louie

I look back to Camden a few years ago. The first entrance free race. tons of teams showed. Two of them, Strictly Business, and JC's activator. They raced, had a blast, and look what it turned into. The L.I. Boys have added so much to our program. A great cast of characters, we are thrilled they decided to make their home with us. Thanks to all of you. Smitty
