Default Big thanks to Ted Bill and the CBPBA

Another outstanding event. 6 races in two days without even a single snag. The club has really got this stuff down pat. We just want to thank you all for your time and effort in putting this event on. I know it is a tremendous task, you all seem to make it easy. Your two pace boat owners/crews were great, and a real pleasure. I even got to start my first race. Thanks again. Smitty

Thanks Smitty, I have to say that if we didn't have a great club backing us up, it couldn't happen. It is always great to see all our OPA friends and it's even better having them in "Our House". Thanks for all your hard work all year long with the OPA, you need to ask for a raise Everybody be safe in Chat and I will see ya in Key West.

Your first time?? Thanks for showing me what to do! Nancy and I had a BLAST being a pace boat and would do it again in a heartbeat! That was definately a front row seat.

The best part of the weekend was watching my wife get that orange smoke all over Typhoon before the first race. You guys sure did want to be on the inside! I hope it was as fun for you! We were still laughing about that last night! Having On The Chip about 8 feet off of the side of my boat was quite the experience as well coming around turn 4. What a rush when the P1 and X boats dropped the hammer and left us in the dust!! That was alot of roostertails! The only regret that I have was not having someone in my boat to take pictures of Curtis and Jimmy hosing down the Cintron V on the pace lap. They did get it just as bad in return right at the start line!!!

It's amazing how much work Ted and Bill do year round to make this happen. Our job was easy!! Thanks again guys!!

Craig

Best part was having Nancy take the radio away from you. She picked up the RaceComm lingo rather quickly, and I enjoyed hearing that sexy woman's voice telling me "roger that", "copy that", and "copy direct". HA!!

Smitty, it was great to have you guys back in town again for the 5th year straight. Let's do it again next year.
