Did they recover all the seats from the Garvey flip ?
If not, maybe that is what it may be...

Could it have been floating there in the backround or did it definatly shoot up form the roostertail? Looks to me like its the top of a bouy, lol Louie

After further review of other photos it appears to be a (No Boating) bouy.
