Here are two videos from You Tube taken by people in the crowd. The building was 100 years old and the fire went through it like it was a pack of matches.

The fire started in the rear of the t-shirt shop and spread quickly. You can see in the videos that it went from just a little smoke in the eves to fully involved in roughly 3 minutes.
