Has this 4 night min stay rule at these prices always been in effect or is this something new this year?

Blue water rents the entire Hotel. They then rent out the rooms at a premium to help pay for the event. The nut is 400K. So if you cant afford to stay at the Inn, there are plenty of other hotels in the area. Mike, as a future promoter, you will soon learn how hard it is to raise the money. Sorry you cant make it. You can always crash on Deans (Wahoo's) couch, he lives just down the street.

I gotta go with Smitty here. I have learned a lot in a short period of time about what it costs and how much work putting on an event takes. And believe me, St Clair is not a "normal" event. There are plenty of cheaper hotels around the area, but if you want the prime spot, its gonna cost you. Location, Location, Location!
