helo available for st claire...

I have a friend with a helo, he flew over the races in D town last weekend and wants to fly a cameraman and/or divers for st claire....who do I need to get him in touch with???????

Selfridge Air National Guard restricts that air space, it will require thier approval. Let me know what you find out.
