There's actually a Radisson which is closer.
Hey Guys, The Hotel is the Radisson its on the Web site.
They wanted $189.00 per day for the weekend we signed a 2 year contract to lock in the $145.00 rate. It's a straight run to the race site and the best rate we could find. call around if you can beat it let us know, we will go back and beat them up some more.

When you call them say your there for "Battle of The Bay". Just called and they have rooms available. Make sure you confirm the rate first before booking. Not too sure about the parking situation but if anyone needs secure parking let me know. I'm 20 minutes away.

The radisson is who I was calling...Told them I was with the race and told that they were fully booked. I called a Holiday Inn in Ronkonkoma, 6 miles from Patchogue, got a room for $180. Beat them up for saying they're booked when they aren't!!

When I called I gave them dates from 8/25-28th. If you can the Radison is the closest and directly off I-495. The Holiday Inn is a few miles off the interstate with a ton of traffic lights in each direction but not that bad. If you do stay @ the Holiday take exit 57, do not take #59 because of the railroad tracks.
