The revised Class 2 would include "Wanted","TKO","Xtreme"
"High Risk","Your In Command".,"JC Performance"..and a new team from Maryland in a 35ft Fountain.
The revised Class 3 cats would include "Your Gonna Have That","Bull On The Beach","Crime Pays"..a new team from Long Island in a 28ft skater..and maybe you guys could get "Cat Can Do" to come back out. There are also other old S-Class boats out there that could run in this class.Just a thought;lowering the speed to 90mph may make it more attractive to other potential boats as there are quite a few fast twin outboard cat pleasure boats that could be raced.
I think it would help both the Vees and the Cats by allowing them to be competitive in all of the races regardless of the water conditions;and eventually grow the boat count in both classes.

All joking aside, I do agree with waterboys comments. We would definelty be game if it is a possibility? That would also keep the boat counts up in each class and keep all class 3 boats racing deck to deck.
Smitty give me a call and we can talk about it. If we need to have a conference call about it let me know and i will get the rest of the guys from Michigan involved.

Here is a suggestion from waterboy
With the Fountains out of class 2 it opens up an oportunity
In class 3 95 mph we have the twin outboard cats running with the Big V's
What we see is teams picking sites to run based upon water conditions and ability to win.
Example V's win in the rough, Cats win in the flat.
Waterboys's suggestion give the V's class 2 and give the twin Outboard cats class 3
This evens up the playing field. If the twin cats want to run heads up so be it. Hence Super Stock.
What do you think Smitty

All great ideas, but why do we wait till just before the season to discuss and implement rule changes?
