Then when they were trying to load it they looked stuck as they were on the throttles but the boat wasn't moving but a lot of water was being stirred up. When they parked it on the main st we went to the bow looking for glass damage but didn't see any as the boat was still sitting level. On Sunday with the boat tilted we went back to see any bottom damage and could see were the glass had been scrapped right through. This in no way was a delamination problem. It was big disappointment to once again not see 2 turbines race at this site when they both were running Saturday

My +1 was for the disappointment of not seeing two turbines run. I did not see what happened at the launch.

u should have stated that...

sorry...MANY thousands, were looking for us to run! john cosker (owner of mystic) work all night so we could race!. i drove over 6,000 miles and worked 20 hours a day.

i failure of this nature in this spot would have resulted in our deaths. jeff and i have no expectations of surviving a crash greater than 160...we make a mistake, we die...but can not except others making mistakes resulting in it! OR for that matter taking it lightly what we are actually doing out there!

jeff (JBS owner) is frustrated because he is paying people that say they care, sponsoring us, and supporting us. but the reality is that goes aways when jeff signs the checks!!! and on top of that he is risking he life.

jeff places some crazy posts here and is ridiculed for it to no end. jeff is just venting and hoping that ONE person here could understand what he's been through! jeff is a great racer. everything that keeps happening to jeff; most would leave the sport as so many have...but he keeps coming back!!!! jeff could have continued with racing supercat. but, he chose to race the fastest boats in the world. where mistakes equate to death.

NO ONE wants to race more than jeff or i....remove money for the equation and just look at the efforts we have made in the past time and time again to race!

thanks to the fans that support JBS and the crew!

I wouldn't dislike someone for venting or because somebody I don't even know said that he is a bad guy. Jeff has never said or done anything to me. I happen to be a fan of the Geico team, but that doesn't mean I am anti-JBS. Good luck to the entire JBS squad and hopefully the black cloud over your head goes away sooner rather than later. See you in Patchogue? Hopefully. Good luck.

St. Clair has some beautiful water for NOT being in FL! Just wish we could have had some of us!!!! Something has always stopped me/us from racing in my home town! With the exception of back in 2000 I did race with my wife there when it was low key! Now it's a top national event!
