Question: Why did they start all the classes so close together like that? Seems that's a recipe for disaster.

I watched the start and they let the extreme boats go with enough distance but for some reason it sure didnt look like any of them were running well that day and by the time they were at turn three heading for the harbor the P1 boats were on them hard and it turned into a log jam. Saw the whole thing coming and was like uh-oh . . . . this is gonna be messy . . . .
