Loss of yet another friend.....
Remember the story with Jimmy Winters and Julia and in that story Jimmy went to MD because her Poppy was sick??? Well Big PAPA Jernigan lost his battle this morning. The whole CBPBA community is saddened by this loss. You may also remember Big Jim from his son Jimmy Jernigan who races with us in MD "Team Steady Pumpin, 444".

He was Jimmy's best fan when he was racing and supported him 100%. The whole family has been a huge asset to the CBPBA and Jim Sr. was on our Board of Directors. He will be sorely missed. Please hold the family in your prayers this week. Funeral information is available at www.cbpba.com and will be updated as it comes in.
