Good idea.... our little small blocks could never win unless they see some unprecidented 6 footers... but it sure would be fun, back to balls out racing!

Funny we were talking about this earlier today in our meeting. We wanted to create a friendly competition between the 2 sides, and crown a winner each year of the "Offshore War". However we didn't know how to break up the boats to achieve this, and somehow we came up with the idea of a kilo run.

That would be fun to were in for that.

I would love to compete in this style race. All in no classes just one big start. Sounds like a poker run with safty and driving rules. Please do it. The fastest boat doesnt always win. You have to turn and navagate the waters. HP is king only if you know how to use it. Keep it to 15 miles or under and save the equipment,keep it close and have a blast actualy testing the limmits of your boat and skills against other teams knowing what power they have vs what you have. Also have the announcer call the play by play letting the fans know what power each boat has. I would feel pretty good running mid pack knowing I had a 525 HP vs many 700 hp boats
