What class 4 numbers are in use?

Right now 19 is the only one currently being used. This is not a rule but I heard that registration does it as courtesy is that they hold numbers for one year, obviously please verify this with Alan. If that is the case then 00,01,11,15,21,29,44, and 87 are the registered numbers from last year.

And #13 is Retired forever, just as it's Zipper Chester Owner! There are orther duties I must take care of for OPA
