Lots more than we thought originally

All the damaged bulk heads, broken core and cracked cloth had to be removed and new core is cut and ready to go back in..

We ripped a prop hub apart, blew a drive, and had a valve cover come loose

We feel the pain. Good Luck

FRIDAY: 8pm - 1:00am Friday night we embedded the core in 2 layers of chop, let dry, filled all the small gaps with "gunk" and covered the care with a 2ft x 6.5ft sheet of 1708

SATURDAY: 9:00 am - 1:00am Sanded area and applied another sheet of 1708 over cored are (both sides) and attaced first bulk head. Than moved back to attach 2nd bulk head.. all gunked in than both sides and tops were attached with 12inch sheets of 1708

SUNDAY: 9:30am - 6:00pm : Finished last two bulk heads and DONE.. The whole repair was done with "PFM" to ensure that it will hold together for the rest of the season.

Off to paint..

Sorry no in between pics as once Gary and I started we just keep going with no breaks.
