I think Mad Dog was comin after his Treats on the back of the boat!!
Seriously though that was a pretty intense start and some confusion with where the start finish was which led to us all taking some different lines goin thru that turn. A couple seconds before impact I saw the nose of Randy's boat comin for the back of my head and was thinkin "this is gonna hurt".. Everything happened pretty dam fast. Thank God nobody got hurt and the boats only have minor damage.. Pretty tough to hurt the TUG.. And you know Randy ain't lettin a little hole in the bottom of his boat slow him down! I think he's still got the same patch on the Krypto from last year when he blew the bottom out in Orange Beach! We've got nothin but love and respect for Randy, Louie, and the entire TYPHOON team.. Hell Randy, it's your fault I'm here racin! And judging by Sharkey's pics we spun out and buried the TUG a little deeper than you did on lap 6 or 7 (even though ours wasn't caused by full blown impact)
Sorry things went down like they did as Wil and I would much rather be sluggin it out for the whole race with u guys instead of a parade lap and 1 turn.. Again, love u guys and glad we're all ok to go out and raise hell in West Palm! Later.

At 1st we both thought the other might have done it on purpose
But its not the case, it was a pound of confusion, sprinkled with adrenaline and very poor visibility of each other at the angle we were approaching, I'm just glad everyone is okay and will race another day.
Thank you Solomons Island, Maryland!

Boats leaving for glass work tomarrow. Told Loui not to bother painting it. Rubbing another black boat in Jupitar will give us the color we need!!!! I never thought of a white stripe either but Wil will have his own boat there as well.
