In looking at the schedule, I dont see any testing open till Saturday. The obvious for Thursday is that its the "rules of the road" and that we need to be registered to drop the boat in, however, will the crane be in operation? Realizing the permit says that we(any race boat) can not be on plane anywhere in the Loxahatchee or the ditch, is the permit in effect on Thurs?
