I see its been moved to OC, which I think is awesome, close to home, big water racing. But I also see its only a weekend long event...is the worlds down to one race?

I will be opening up the hotel for the event, come down early,we can g:et drunk, act like rednecks, run the boats up and down the beach, hit all the bars and restaurant's up on the bay side, maybe find some local drunk women. And with the hang over, it will be a week long event for some :-)

When did this happen?????? Please send out a e-mail to the teams of OPA so they know. I love Ocean City and think it will be a great race. Being more Local im sure it will be one of our biggest events of the year. Im sure you are working out details but if its the worlds for OPA please,please make it a 2 race event if possable. Again nice job!!!!!

the race schedual on the OPA website says it IS a two race event.

What happened to Palm Beach?

Nick and Scott couldn't make it happen in Palm Beach again...so the guys in OC MD stood up and took charge. Should be a great event....as always.

I think we have done that a few a times before.

Web site reflects the new location with many thing as a TBA .... when more is known and worked out, more will be posted and emails sent out.

In the mean time, please do not speculate or many any assumptions. As things develop, things will be posted on the website.
