Prayers for Bluewater Andy
#21
Andy is resting comfortably in the Cardiovascular Ward at St. John Hospital in Detroit, awaiting his bypass surgery on Monday. He is feeling much better now that he isn't tethered to the wall of the CVICU.

UPDATE on Andy
I spoke with Andy today, he sounds good and has assured me that all is taken care of for the St Clair & Port Huron races. The little bugger seems to be more worried about the boys racing than himself. He is in good spirit and thanks all that has contacted, posted and sent him messages.
His original surgery was scheduled for Monday morning, however, a slot has become open tomorrow morning and the surgery will be performed than. Just to assure everyone, Andy has told me that the surgery is NOT being moved up due to complications, just simply the fact the slot become available and pretty much he'd rather do it tomorrow instead of waiting until Monday.
So when you go to sleep tonight, please say a little extra prayer tonight for Andy

UPDATE: Andy is out of surgery and is back in CVICU. He is off the vent and is sitting up in his bed. He has some pain issues and that's to be expected, considering what he's been through. He had a decent night and positive that he's much happier breathing on his own.
