I would just like to Thank all the boats that came out to race in St. Clair. I know the weather was not what it usually is but everyone still had a good time and the racing was exciting, especially in class 6. We really appreciate all the teams that come from the East Coast to race at East Tawas, St. Clair, and Port Huron, MI. The St. Clair race had 27 boats show up and East Tawas had 23 boats- who knows what the final count will be in Port Huron as it is still a few days away, but I am confident that it will be more than the 9 boats for a SBI - whose based out of Florida-race in Michigan City, IN. Us fans will continue to support your organization by turning out for the races since the teams in OPA seem to support their organization by going to where the race site is regardless. We really appreciate the sacrifices your teams make in coming to Michigan for 3 races. Safe travels on your way to Port Huron this weekend and hopefully WAZZUP and DIRTY SUTPHEN have better travels for sure.
