Theoretically the same for both orgs. Numbers are 2 - 99. (In SBI, L-1 is given to the National Champion if chosen to run the number following season.)
However, check with both orgs to see which number you choose. Example, 51 is registered with Wild Ride in OPA and 51 is registered with Sun Print in SBI.
DO NOT RELY ON WHAT YOU SEE ON THE WEBSITES, this includes the OPA website as well. Call each org to see if the number you want is available.
