If you are not receiving the OPA emails there may be a few reasons as to why?

For example:

• You have removed yourself and Unsubscribed from the mailings. If this is the case and want to be added back to the list, please contact me at [email protected] on directions on how to do this.
• I could NOT read your email address from your entry paperwork. If this is the case, send me an email to add you to the list.
• In rare cases, mail server may be too busy or NOT be able to be reached at the time of the mailing. This creates what is called a bounceback and the email cannot be sent. The only way to work around this is to send me a 2nd email address to be included on the mailing.
• You may have included your email address on the entry/membership paperwork. If this is the case, email me your email address.

DO NOT POST YOUR EMAIL ADDRESSES ON THIS THREAD. The must be mailed to [email protected] in order to be added to the list(s)

How do you know if you are not receiving emails?

• An email was sent out today in reference to the 2014 OPA Awards Banquet. If you did not receive the email, then you may fall into one of the categories mentioned above as to why you are not receiving them.

This past season we have created 2 email lists. One list is generated to the General Public and one list that is generated for racers & team owners ONLY. Below are 2 images to help you determine which is which.

• If the Title bar information area is BLUE, this is a General email.
• If the Title bar information area is RED, this is a Racer/Owner email.
