It's really hard for anyone to top our people at OPA Racing and The Jersey Boyz when it comes to nose to nose powerboat racing and we do pretty well in the pits! My cousin Giulio (That's The Italian way to spell his name) and I came up with cooking Clams in Garlic and Olive Oil with Butter and Italian Bread to dunk up the juices. What do you mugs think? We're trying to make an order for my Italian goodies and the normal Hot Dogs and Burgers but I think the addition of some nice clams are in order. Since I can't race this is what I have to think about for you guy's ! Let me know, we're thinking about 1000 to 1500 clams. Who's got it better than ME !!!

Were working like hell to get there, see everyone in the pits.

Augie, you are going to be in downtown Detroit, home of the original coney dog. You'll have to try American Coney Island's coneys. Oh and by the way all my racer friends, if you like BBQ you'll have to try Slow's BBQ on Michigan Ave. You usually have to wait a half hour or so to be seated, but the food is awesome. Look them up on YouTube, they have won numerous awards and been on Food Network at least 20 times. It's about a 5 minute drive from the waterfront.

If it were this time pre-By-Pass surgery I would be calling out EVERYONE in Class 4 and anyone else who had The Ball$, I would be buying the little 6 inch imported Italian Salami's to throw at everybody when the yellow flag went up.
