I guess the WPR name has fallen by the wayside??? 
Will the joint venture now just be called SBI/APBA as everyone keeps referring to it that way?

You'll never hear of, see a logo or web site for WPR. You'll probably never hear of it again.
SBI - APBA - UIM is all you need to know.
