Boats in RI
 

Well since I'm here at college I am right down the street from Outerlimits. Today Goldigger was out testing and an all white canopy vee which looked like nothing I have seen before, and it wasn't a race boat. I know this thread is worthless without pics but it sure made my day!!

I heard threw the grape vine they are coming out with a new v bottom.

Keep an out tues, my new blue 46 should be arriving from TAOD for final work before delivery next week or so.

Sweet!! If you know if they're going to be testing it and what day I'll try to get some pics of it running.

Golddigger was out again today putting up some good numbers!

Yesterday the black race boat was out running 130+. Today this 44 GTX was out testing on a very overcast day.

Just another day in RI.
Wait till january then the fun begins.

That is a new 44 GTX we sold and has a custom cockpit in it similar to the cat. Heading to paint this week. Will post more pics when it is finished.

Saw a huge Outerlimits box trailer in rush hour traffic heading south on 95 today in Norwalk. Wonder what that's about?

Headed down to Key West Poker Run I'd assume. OL has been running boats for the past three days.

Dont believe so. Thats the ones they've always used on the 44's. It is different than the other I believe though.

No not a pool player. I assume you boat in the bays around the school then. I might have seen you out there at some point and time. Im always up to meet a fellow boater/OSO'er.

Yes, we have a Cigarette Gladiator and a 34 Sutphen race boat. We were thinking of OL but bought the Sutphen race boat instead. It would be great to meet up with you guys.

Yeah that'd be awesome. I wanna hitch a ride in the Gladiator too. I gotta get a ride in an OL sometime too. Are you connected to Ocean Performance at all? Or just have the link in your sig? Who's up for a thanksgiving run? :D

We had the Gladiator up here like a month ago. I have know Ocean Perofrmance pretty much my whole life, so..... Why do you need something there?

Forgot to say that we'll be running the race boat Thanksgiving week, but in CT.

No don't need anything (except maybe an OL lol) just wondering. I'd like to go take a tour of their facilities one day if I get the chance though, looks like they have some cool stuff. I'm going to be in CT for thanksgiving (my dad's coming here instead of me trying to fly to CA over leave). What day are you going to run it?

I went up there a few weeks ago and it isn't much to write home about. Some nice boats out front and some cool engines/bikes in the showroom, but not much else. I got the impression from the guy behind the counter that there was no way in hell I was going to be able to get in any of the boats unless I was a serious buyer(I can see his point). I guess what I'm saying is don't say no to other plans that you may have just to go over there

I just moved to Stratford a week ago. Norwest Marine has a bunch of their perfromance boats over at "The Dock" right now.

Hey glad i will be down there soon. What is the race 40 was talking about. Id like to see that race, and what type of boat are you looking for. I see that you are in search for one. If o get down there and get to the marina ill let you know

No, there is no race. We are just running out Sutphen which is a race boat. Ocean are great guys and they are a little low on performance inventory which is good since it is the off season up here.
