That is the historic Julie Sullivan's old boat with new paint. Do a seach with her name and you will get a lot of information.
The present owner (owner of 'adult' bars) has had it for several years after picking it up from an auction. I looked at it years ago and it was very rough; however, it looks like he put some $$ into it.
