I dont think I've run across (or been past by) that blue 44... hoping to see it on the water in 2011.
What do these 44SL's weigh wet with twins? Nice numbers given the power... |

My car dealer buddies ("Henry Motors" - red SL) is full dress, gen, ac the works. Not sure on weight, but it ran 116 GPS the other day when we were out running around. It's also got whipple upgrades done to the 700's. |
The 44 SL weighs in at 10,400 lbs with Generator, A/C and twins.

Ed, you know how shy I am? Didn't realize the boat was that close. Hope your turkey day was spend wisely at the Lake.

Is the the 44SL only available with the center entrance cockpit? I really liked the 46 & 39' with the side by side bolsters

Yes as of now. You are one of the rare ones that like the side by side bolsters. We have been getting a lot of positive response on the center entry and split bolsters.

That boat is a very nice piece. Sounded like today was even better as far as the weather. Wish we were down there.

You suck Jeff!!:D Boat looks great as usual. Glad to see your using it already!

I see the Blue, black, silver 44SL is for sale. I am interested in that boat. How many hours on it now and how many hours will those 1375's go before needing rebuild? With care of course. (on avg.)
And finally how much is the boat? |
Call me at 401-527-2626 for the details. It will run 145 as it sits and will go faster with a gear change. The motors have 80 hrs. Mostly at 4000 and below. The boat runs 105 at 3800.

Was that for real.
3800 rpms, = 105mph?? that’s awesome. and I know I should not be in this thread, but dream boat here and was doing some reading. SO humor a question? what’s this boat plan out at? (like the slowest you can keep it up on top of the water?) where is the cruse speed? I mean I would think anything under 2500 is BOGGING it down and that’s got to still be moving? you guys just idle or run 90+?? |

It doesn't BOG down much, it's pretty happy at what ever RPM you run it at. I like the 80 mph range when I'm driving. The 700 boat isn't running that fast at 3,800. I'm not sure what it runs at 2,500 to be honest. I'll have to watch more. Seems like when Jeff is driving we are more in the 90's :evilb: |
Confusion., some places you cant run 80mph haha (or you should not). So, can you keep it on plane at say 30-40mph? and if so what rpm would that be? just wondering.
simply amazing boats. in and out. |
