If the cabin was dark (with the lid still on) I would think it would be nice (like wearing sunglasses), but when the cockpit is bright from the sun overhead, or even coming in from behind, I would think it has to be a PITA having that dark windshield.

Regardless, it looks great!
Isnt Dustin Whipple's an open top? I remember reading somewhere that he likes his dark windshield and vision is not a problem.

They should run these Outerlimits cats at Loto.

I was told by a local plastics manufacturer that the optical clarity is actually better with tinted windshields.

Interesting. I would think they would be more difficult to see through when back lit. On some boats (like GD) they look REALLY sharp.

That would be interesting to see how they compare with like power, but I'd be a lot more interested in seeing how they run/compare in real offshore conditions.

Great looking boat for sure. Saw it pull out of the Nautical Cove on Sunday and that thing is QUIET! Not sure what power is in it, but you barely hear it running.

NH noise laws are strict. I am pretty sure he has it set up for that

What he said.

Glad to see this bad boy back on the water.
Hope to get a close look somewhere this year.
