Default 43 with 1350's?

I just noticed the "Cigarette, superior to everything on the sea" thread (clearly misguided individuals! ) and it got me thinking... Have any 43 or even 44 OL's been built yet with the new TT Merc power? Wow that would have to be an insane combo!

Scot, we havnt built a boat with the new Mercs yet. One may be in the works. A sv43 with 1350s would run 160. A sl52 loaded with options should run 135-140. You can bet they'd be faster than any other comparable vee bottom.

That would be insane!!! It amazes me the speeds these 43's are running... they're just about as fast as the cats if the numbers are real! Hopefully someone will place an order, that boat would be epic!

My buddy has a 44SL would love to have one with 1,100 or 1,350 Mercs. He has a 700 boat we turned up and it runs well. Another year or so and I would think he will be ready.

An SL or SV 52 with trip 1350 would be something different. Should be able to run with the cats at the LOTO shootout.

Scot doesn't have wealthy parents, he couldn't afford the oil filters in such a machine!

BTW, quit being a troll!
