Default History on this 42 Legacy?

Does anyone here know the history on this 42 Leagacy? http://www.powerboatlistings.com/view/21089
Did OL build 42's with a bustle or did someone completely rework this boat?

Hey Boss, I guess you're one of those guys on dating sites who only looks at the picture and doesn't read the ad

From the ad "custom bustle added to rear of boat $25,000"

For what ever reason, when I go to the website where the boat is listed, I can only see half the page vertically, so I only see half of the description. If you can see the full description, please copy and paste if you don't mind.

similar paint scheme as the old Bacardi silver 36??? after they cut the cockpit ...not a surprise seeing as Nauti Marine did re-rig...I assume their rigging is top notch?
