Default 29sv vs 35 lightning

I'm getting ready to purchase a new boat and wanted other peoples thoughts/ opinions on the two boats before I pulled the trigger? Lots of pros and cons on both sides. Wondering what other think about the 2 options. I boat in KY at lake Cumberland and Kentucky lake???? Thanks for the replies

Apples and oranges. The SV29 is more of a sit down boat and will be faster than the 35 Lightning. SV29 will have a single. 35L will have twins. Cockpit bigger on 35L. Not sure what cabin is like on SV29, but still smaller than the 35L. Depends on whats important to you. Both great boats. Fit and finish on Outerlimits boats is always outstanding..

Agreed. Two totally different style boats. I have ridden in the one performance boat center has listed with the 600, it is a blast!! Very fast, well handling boat, the cabin is a nice size for a boat under 30ft.. It does ride extremely nice for its size. Give them a call, come up and check it out.

The 35 lightning is bigger and rides very nice also. It will not be as fast with stock motors but you will get more space.

The only thing comparable between these two boats is the length. I knew it was coming so I just got it out of the way early.......

Most 35L top out around 80 depending on power, this 29 cruises at 75-80 and will top out at just over 100!

There are a lot of great points, and I definitely appreciate the replies. How does the 29 handle the chop and I definitely need to set something up and check it out.
