I believe Joe will be a natural fit for the head chair as he displayed the same passion and loyalty to Outerlimits as Mike committed into each and every boat he produced.

I wish the greatest success for everyone involved and hope this proves to be another healing step for Shonda - I am sure it was an emotional decision for everyone involved. Still hard to believe Mike is gone sometimes......
