you will love the new boat what ever the top speed turns out to be, I 've got HP500s, let you know in a couple of weeks what top is, I would probably get some seat time before expanding the envelope with some extra HP. Really neat boat!

Here are some options:
The cheapest way to increase power is to upgrade your blower pulleys. You can drop down a size and increase boost . This should equate to approx. 2-3+ mph increase in top end and better acceleration. We did this last summer and experienced no problems. Although you will notice a huge increase in fuel consumption vs. stock 575's.
With a pulley upgrade, your rpm's will increase and you'll most likely hit the rev-limiter (It happened to us). So, your next step would be to recalibrate your ECMs (we haven't done this yet). My mechanic tells me that if we increase our rpm's by 200 and tinker with props, we could see a few more mph on top end.
If this isn't enough, you could install intercoolers (Superchillers from PFM) and boost HP even more to 675-700. This could bring you into the mid to high 90's.
I'm no engine expert so I'm unable to comment on the long term reliability for any of these upgrades. Anytime you tweak something, there's always the chance that it becomes less reliable and more of a maintenance hassle.
