28' Triple Outboard on E-Bay

Does anyone know anything about this boat? It has been for sale for some time.
I had a 24' with twin 200's years ago and it was a blast. The triple 2.4's must run pretty well.

That boat has been on ebay about a dozen times and on boatrader 4ever.
Fred's old 28 had the same colors, but was 6 pack cockpit and powered by a 572 ci/700+hp engine. It was also a mid 90's vintage boat.

Something scarewy if the boat hasn't sold after that many attempts. I'd like to go see it and make an offer but feel it may not be forth the effort. I'm thinking 18-20K.

Wow it looks so cluster in those bolsters, look at the throttles where they are located in top of the dash instead on the bolster itself. I for one have a three man bolster, however, I have plenty of room for the throttles to be mounted on the bolsters. Look at mine in the picture to compare......
