I was out testing this 2003 Pantera 28' yesterday with my customer powered by twin 496 HOs.We did this entire 28' in 2003 in a solid yellow gelcoat with custom Yellow powdercoated hardware.Boat looks sharp in the water.Runs in the low 80s and playing around with 5 blade props next week.Handled 4-5 footers out in the ocean with ease at over 72 MPH on GPS.
