I had the boat surveyed and it was determined to be cosmetic in nature. Not real attractive but not a real problem.
Joe, we spoke on the phone the other day and you told me the same.( cosmetic & you offered to fix it) I thank you for taking the time to talk to me.
Thanks everybody.

This comment about glassing the windscreen to the deck led me to believe the crack was solved.
Hey Jimbo,
The boat looks great!! The motors really turned out nice also.Since 1998 we began glassing the fiberglass windscreen to the deck. For all the new 2003 28 models we will be doing some new changes that will enhance comfort, appearance, and performance. Now go out and enjoy your boat this Summer.
Regards, Jo

If a 2003 28' has a small gelcoat stess around a windshield it is rare and I am sure very small.Kenny go ahead and post a pic. here or send it to my factory email.I would like to see it. I beat the hell out of our boats in nasty water or out on the race coarse to make sure things like this do not happen.Back in the mid 90s there was a few that we tried a new bonding agent that did not work.

I have a 2002 with almost 300hrs and it does not have have the first Crack!( knock on wood) It has been in big water from NY to Key west and as most people know I am not shy with it. I read all the threads about taking a long time to build a Pantera (Much to long) but you can NOT knock the Quality. I just had my motor freshened at Innovation and I should be good for several more years. If anyone has questions drop me an email. Glenn aka Dangerkitty

The boats we build are designed and built to go out and be run hard out in big water.
