Default 28 single speeds

I thought I would ask the hard core a question. What would it take to move a full pleasure single 28' to the upper 90 mph. Yes I know alot of HP , but I'm sure one of you guys knows the combo.
Thanks

I agree with Bruce 900hp and a Six. Why would you want to got that fast in a 28ft boat? Upper 90's? Brian Stublefield (BSTUBBS) should know exactly.

Danger, I didn't think I would. I really get off on running the boat fast. It's hard to explain. It would be nice to run 75 and not be twisting the engine too hard. The last time I went out I had several boats do u-turns when they saw me and wanted to run me down. It seemed like everybody wanted some

Bruce, I have Jerry's old 28. I'm only seeing 74mph. I was thinking it had around 625hp.26 4 blade.

Hey Storm, I pulled the stickers, numbers, etc. off . I modified the trailer( electric over hydrolic) and shorted the tounge about 30" now the rig fits it my garage. Other that that I've been running the mess out of it and absolutly loving every minute of it. Everybody who has one knows what I'm talk'n bout!! This has been a dream come true for me.
I promise I will post some pics of the up grades and other goodies.
