Griff, you should have seen me trying to remove it before I found out it was a bolt
Craney, I've stripped the boat to fix all the little gel coat issues. I figured if I need to remove a few things to do it and it's winter, Well I might as well strip the whole thing and do the boat up right. I'm not painting to answer your question, gel matching wet sanding and buffing. If the matching doesn't come out right then we will decide to either spray new gell or possiblely(sp) paint as our last option. I'm guessing if we had to paint it would be the deck only.
once I get some progression photos, I'll start posting them. All I have now is the strip down.
