i'm so but so lucky to leave where i live 
i have the best boat builtders, best riggers and best waters in the world... 5 mins from Pantera, 15 mins from Cig, 6 mins from Lipship/ TnT, 10 min from Dollor and 0 mins from the ocean. i just had too
