Why hasn't this boat sold yet?

Are the pictures bad? well... they aint great.
Is there something wrong with it? Has anyone seen it?
Is it the layout?
It doesn't seem like it needs much.
TOMCEI, would you think this is a fair price? Since you know what it takes to clean up a boat.

Storm , I was in Miami last month and spoke with Jo at Pantera about this boat . He said it was real nice and the guy just never takes the time to use it . Pretty impressive drive and power for the money . Jo said he ran it years ago and it was fast .

This Pantera 28' was built originally for John Tomlinson from TNT custom rigging. The boat does not have a cabin just race bulkheads and no cockpit liner. It has a custom 3 man bolster with a simple custom rear bench that has drop outs. Johnny sold the boat to a friend of mine here in Miami in 2002 and he put very little hours on it. Motor was built by Bud Larow from the original Thunder Boat Row Hawk Marine Power. Bud works for many years now at Cigarette racing and is a great engine builder.
Gail Paik painted the custom graphics and sprayed 4-5 coats of clear. The boat is sharp in the water !!! I have seen mid 90s on GPS back in 2002.Motor idled at 800 -1000 RPM and runs on pump gas. John Tomlinson put the best parts on it . Boat has a perfect rig job.It has Latham Steering and Throttles, 3A Speedmaster drive, Auto Meter liquid filled instruments over Carbon Fiber dash panels, GPS, and 380s tabs with indicators.
For the asking price it is a Great DEAL.
