We hade a showrace last sat.
P4-4 and P5-1 kicked some a$$. It was very fun and we won and P4-4 make it 3:rd place. But it was flat water....

We went for a total of 159 miles during saturday. Too bad there were no seas... :mad: But instead we had the coastguard and military chasing us since we went straight through a military live shooting area where the marines were having military live exercises... :evilb: :evilb: :evilb: I have heard the Pantera's are bullet proof... :rolleyes:

The film event on sep 9th will probably be even better. It WILL be Pantera weather!!!

We lost the drive belt to the water pump when I was passing Mange, a couple of hundred yards later when we turned around the engine stopped :eek: :eek: :eek: . One of the guys riding with me starts yelling for the fire estinguisher... :(

But the only thing that happened was that the exhaust hoses burned up and the engine room was filled with burned rubber and exhausts.

We changed the drive belt from the generator to the water pump and went back to port. 100 yards from port the batteries went dead... :p

But about an hour later we were back in business! :evilb:

The engine stopped either because of all the smoke in the engine room or because of the water coming in through the end pipes. It runs exactly as before, through every rpm.

When I sold your old babe earlier this fall I wrote in contract that the new owner have to keep that turtle.
