P4-4 vs. P5-1

We had a great race here prev weekend. Not a official race but a great event with lots of boat, girls and party.
I was way too nervous to be a part of the crew aboard P5-1... my own boat. My very great friends Stig ond Johnny gave Tomas and Filip a ride around the circuit. The old boys were 200-300 meters ahead over the line!!!!
Now I understand that turtle on the bow....!!!

water looked nice and choppy. prrrrfect for these boats

Re: P4-4 vs. P5-1

I will have to live with that :( Made a few mistakes along the race but it was still simply awesome! :drink:

Due to some wierd planning we started a couple of minutes after all the others, so the race really turned out to be between the Panteras instead.

We had a great day Mange, remember that day!!! Because there won't be another one... :blaster:

It's good to see that you left the turtle on the bow light. You can't change a piece of history, right?

Both boats look great.

What causes all that soot at the water line?

Thanks guys! We had an awesome time out there!

The Pantera's really know how to deal with really ruff waters! :evilb: Mange had some really high airs too but unfortunately Edvard (the camera guy) missed them...

The water temp was about 65-68 degrees F...

Re: P4-4 vs. P5-1

Hey Albert, I haven't run the boat in about 3 weeks. I still need 2-3 hours on the new drive before she is broke in.
I have been running hard at work and going to a lake in Alabama where I just bought a house. Trying to finish a dock and get it set up for the boat.

The mtr runs real good. I am a little gun shy on stepping up the power after blowing the drive. I guess I need to mature at the gas stick.
