Default 28ft with single or twins ?

Looking at a couple Pantera's. Will be spending a decent amount of time in the Atlantic Ocean. Just curious which is a better, running, riding, handling pkg...single 500 efi or twin 500 hp's (carb) motors

I think the weight of the twins may help out in the slop, but many like the balance of the single better.
Sorry, I'm of no help.
Take a ride on both.

I've owned a twin smallblock 28' Pantera and it was awesome to say the least but personally if I ever get another one i would prefer the simplicity of a single. A lot easier to maintain..which to me equals more fun. my .02

Bernie, Wazzup can build you a mean single motor to push the 28 thru the Jersey shore...

Bern....I would recommend a single engine as well , BUT.....you will not be happy with a single 500efi. Youll be seeing 70 mph at best. And after running over 100 in your cat, you'll think your in a row boat.

You'll need at least 650 hp to make that puppy run 80 or better.
