Default gas tank size

I always thought I had 140 gal tank. 1995 28 . I believe it's only 100 gal. Anybody know?

I thought I was about empty last time I filled up and I blew gas out the vent and filler neck at 100 gal.
You should have seen me freakin out about that
I was doing the Pee Wee Herman shuffle to clean up the mess

You have a 120 gallon. Thats what my 1996 has. I think they changed to the 140's in 1997 or 98.

My 28 F-1 edition has a 90 gallons tank. Some of the race models has that smaller tank to lower the weight and to lower the cockpit floor.

I also got pretty surprised the first time I was going to fill it full... But it became a cheap receipt, and therefor more money for beer!

Tom

I haven't tried mine yet, but it wasn't too expensive. It can be torn down and stacked in the garage until I can build a large garage for the boat.

Duunoit- I found an old steel A frame behind a gas station of a friend of a friend type deal. It needs to be modified and it should work out well. I left my camera at work so no pics yet.

Tom your boat has a 120 gallon fuel tank. The newer 28s now have a 140 gallon gas tank.
