Hey Guys
I'm flying to RI next weekend to look at the boat, I've spoken to John numerous times and he seems like a great guy and very honest. If I purchase it we have some really cool plans for the boat. I welcome any suggestions or input from you guys

I have been involved with motorsport racing for close to 30yrs, I'm 39 so it is something I grew up doing. Most of those years were spent on 2 wheels, motocross into my eaarly twenties and then onto roadracing for eight years.Since then I have been on the automotive side of performance and racing and have used powerboating as a source of fun for me and my girl ( whom by the way can wheel a 9 second turbo car like a pro). Aside from building a few marine race engines boat racing is something I had only briefly though about. Ignorance tells me that if I can win at Daytona on two wheels then surely I can do well in a boat, I am however not ignorant and realize there is alot to it. Anyone willing to offer some help and direction if we do decide to test the race waters

Paul....quite a resume.
Where do you live? Im sure you'll do well in a race boat as well. Remember...You have to finish to win. With your motor and race experience, you will fit right in.
Everyone here is more than willing to help. Just ask.

Once you have the boat, everything will come to play, try to buy the boat with the equipment. Good luck to you, if you want a taste of a race 28, drive down to Miami.
