Gen 2`s out Gen 3 in

3 Attachment(s)
The mig 28 is getting a bigger bang with the upgrade of the 5 inch tubes of Stainless Marine Gen 3`s. Frank (aka) thedonz my big brother and driver in the race course gave me the exhaust as a present. I will need to make the holes in the back bigger to fit the big tubes. The motor will have a bit more advantage at top end.

Wow, you were running gen2s the whole time w/ that kinda hp?
I went the stainless route instead of headers when i had the choice.
Why are you?

Gen 3 make more power/torque than any other set-up. It has been proven to me on the Dyno at Chief engines many times. We even got them on the 38 Cig race boat, and the performance has been noticed.

Thats good to hear from someone else besided SM.
I'm sure you chuckle at all the header talk.:D

I'm surprised the gen2s held up so well w/ your HP.
I think that speaks volumes for the product.

Andy,

Andy let me know, I`m ready, I`ll talk to Frank so we can take the Pantera and the Cig. I have room for two people if we take both boats.

Albert

Brian I had a set of CMI`s, however, when I was proven on the dyno that even my Gen 2`s made more hp I was convinced. I will remove my motor after tomorrow`s day on the water to dyno the motor with the Gen 3`s.
