Is it turn key? If not what does it need to get it there. I didn't see any pictures of the interior - does it need to be replaced?

Just for the record I don't think anybody is messing with you , Stormrider assumed somebody bought the boat because he noticed it was no longer in the swap shop. He has that kind of radar , he watches the classifieds almost as much as I do.
