This is a great looking boat.
I think the market for the old school stand up bolster is small though.
If she was set up like a pleasure, with sitting as an option, she would have sold long ago.
Remember when Bruce had his boat for sale? That was one hell of a deal, but...

I still wonder why the 2 guys that went to see this boat, and one seemed pretty serious, bagged it.
I actually got my new plate this morning.

I know the one guy looking at it (tzrider) bought another boat. He bought the "Sting" 32' Skater with quad 280's. Big difference between that and the 28 Pantera.

Sure 6 is better than 3.
My point is that this ride is not a boat we could take our kids on.

hmmm... my kids are getting bigger 7 & 8.
both are over 4ft tall. We used the boat to go from A to B, never hung out on it.
And i don't have any smooth water to take the boat out on, unlike your river... ya lucky baaaastad.

but the guys that looked at it knew what it was.

Storm - I see that Ziemer is headed down the same path that I took - He will own a 28-Pantera before he knows it - I am really enjoying my 28. Hope that you guys are doing okay!

Gotta get a new truck before I could move up to anything bigger than this 24. My poor little Explorer Sport Trac has got all she can handle with the Pantera.

Glad to hear your new boat's treating you good. I guess the weather finally warmed up, huh?

Not trying to jack anybodys thread but anybody who is interested in a regular setup ( full pleasure cockpit & cabin )
28 Minus power & drives drop me an email at [email protected]
I would possibly sell it with the small blocks if someone wanted them. pictures can be seen in the thread : Pantera owner again As you guys know 28 pleasure versions minus power are a bit rare to say the least. thanks guys , Scott
