Default New tow pig for the Pantera...

Traded in the little Ford for something a little bigger. Now I can upgrade to a 28.

No, it's not an option anymore. They do offer the 6.0 liter though.

This one's a 1500 with the reliable 5.3.

Ziemer how is the wind and road noise with it? I just picked up a 2007 1500 truck with the 6.0L and the "towmax package" and the noise is terrible! I love the truck other than that and I swear it could pull a house of the foundation!

Mine is very quiet. My other car is the new style Acura TL and I think this Avalanche is a quieter ride. It's got the Bridgestone Duellers which seem to be quiet.

I drove it to work today, which is mostly higway, and I've found I'm developing a bad habit of watching the instant fuel mileage guage, which also shows when it's in 4 banger mode.
