I think that line is a stripe, but the deck does look a little funny.

I agree looks like a center console, however, I can't seem to find any images I've saved of a Pantera center console.

Here is a center console, but the one I mentioned was actually a IO with a 496, and it had a cabin

It's not a Pantera....

The deck is rolled down too much.

Looks kind of like a Concept center-console. Notice the line about 5-6 inches below the deck on both these boats... and the rolled deck. But it doesn't make much sense to put Pantera "eye" on the side of some other boat...
