She looks like a winner!

Great Video!
Joe, I think Albert meant the Pantera 36 in general was the baddest 36 built (compared to the Glad, etc.) rather than this boat was badder than yours. That's how I took it anyhow. :D |
sweet :cool-smiley-027:

Sounds great !:D

The deck was designed to also allow a staggered engine configurations. As a matter of fact on this 36' we moved the dashes forward approximately 3 inches and did changes to the cockpit upholstery to allow for more room between the bolsters and back seat.
Yes, bulkhead can be moved but most of the new 36s that will be built now are going to be staggered for increased performance. We actually have the 1st staggered 36' being built for Rob OSO member that will be powered with much larger HP and speeds well over 100 MPH. If anyone interested in a new Pantera 36' for Spring delivery we have 1 being put together now for our North East dealer Ducky's boats. Their new 36' will have twin 525 EFI's for power with shorty sportmaster xr drives and custom paint. JO Jo ... staggered 525's on the Duckys boat ? |

Here are some more pics.
Dash includes : Livorsi Platinum " monster gauges" , Ritchie compass, GPS, billet throttles, custom push button ignition panel, MOMO race steering wheel, cup holder, etc. etc. New mold was made for the cabin on port side. Cabin includes: A/C, flat screen TV, led lights, sink and cooler, white vinyl with 1/2 inch padding with "carbon blue" light panels. Deck hatches we made upholstered "blue carbon" vinyl rings to finish them off. This new 36' has a 1/2 cabin. JO |

Donzi33, I will run some labbed 28' Bravo 1 props sometime later this week and see what we get for final top end. I am confident 80 MPH are there.76 MPH at only 4800 RPM the other day with 3 guys and 70 gallons of fuel. Our customer was not even expecting it to go that fast with the smaller 496 HO. He is very happy with that speed.I just like to get the most out of every boat we deliver.:cool-smiley-011:
BRD, We do offer a "wind screen" if a customer request it. The cockpit on our 36' is 3 inches deeper than a 38' Top Gun Cigarette cockpit. Ducky's new 36' is a side by side 525 EFI XR shorty sportmaster set up with custom paint. We are rigging the boat now.His next 36' after that will be a staggered set up. We are also building now Rob Whitney ( oso member ) a new 36' with staggered 800 HP motors. Should run well over 100 MPH. Joe, This new 36' will be heading up to the Philadelphia area. Owner mainly boats in the upper Chesapeake Bay. Regards, Jo - Pantera Boats |
Thanks Jo ! Whats the top speed on the 36 with 525 ?
Is the 36 you are rigging for Ducky's painted already ? |

With twin 525 EFI's w/ XR Shorty Sportmaster side by side a "real" 92-94 MPH on GPS. The hull sides are all sanded down and ready for paint but we have not decided on the final graphic design yet.
Platinum Monster gauges with Orange bezels and Platinum ignition panels is what we are working on the dash with all White carbon vinyl upholstery with Orange accents and Pantera embroidery. Here are pictures of the sunpad.Upholstery is completed just having the aluminum seat bases powdercoated this week. Ducky's is thinking Orange, Platinum, Flourescent Green ( cat eyes ) and 1 other color for the paint scheme. I have our graphic designer working on a few cool designs this week. JO |
Very COOL ! What is the "origin" of the 36 hull design ?

That 36' looks great!
Why does Pantera usually fit their boats with the 'old school' powdercoated cleats vs a stainless pop-up or slim line cleat? I know it's a custom boat and therefore can be built to order... I'm just curious why you guys choose this hardware over that. Thanks, Dan |

This new 36' will be going to Pennsylvania.Customer owned (2) Pantera 28 single in the last 10 years and decided to move up to a Pantera 36'. The family is not into the big speeds and 496 HOs fit into their budget. They will boat in the upper Chesapeake Bay.
Rob Whitney's new 36 with the staggered 800 will be at many Poker Runs in 2008. I do not have a line drawing with the staggered. We originally designed the 36' deck to allow a staggered engine configuration. This 36' will be extremely fast !!! Ducky's new 36' is also being built now with twin 525 EFI's and custom paint. We are doing more of our upholstery in house now even though this custom back seat was not. We are doing all the cabin cushions at the factory with plans to start doing our cockpit upholstery at the factory in the next 60-90 days.We have a very experienced upholster working with us now full time. He does first class work. I will post pictures of the new cabin later in the week. Thanks Guys on the compliments. Boat will look much better once we get it all wrapped up later this week. I will post good pictures out in the water and possibly a nice video. Jo |
